Paradise Beach Imperia — Restaurant in Imperia

We came here around 4:00 in the afternoon with the idea of having an early dinner by the beach. Unfortunately, we quickly discovered that dinner service wouldn’t start until 8:00 p.m., which was a bit later than we had planned. At first, we felt a little disappointed because we were looking forward to enjoying a proper meal while watching the waves on our last day. However, the staff lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful. She even went out of her way to ask the chef if there was any possibility of preparing something for us earlier. Despite her effort, the kitchen couldn’t serve dinner what we had originally hoped for.

Instead of leaving, we decided to stay and make the best out of the moment. We ordered drinks and found a perfect spot in the shadow beside the beach. Sitting there, with the fresh ocean breeze and the calming sound of the waves, turned out to be more than enough to create a beautiful atmosphere. The view was absolutely breathtaking— and the whole setting felt peaceful and relaxing.

I went for a pineapple juice, and it was the perfect choice. Refreshing, sweet, and light. Sometimes, things don’t go according to plan, but even without the dinner, we enjoyed ourselves so much. This is a true gem in Imperia! We came here “by accident” and will definitely return when we are back in Liguria. The food was to die for, but the kindness of the staff was even better. We ate tagliata di tonno and pasta aglo scoglio along with some Vermentino wine - fantastic! The prices are very affordable especially considering the quality. Catturata dal sorriso luminoso di Luce, che mi ha servito con garbo un caffè, sono tornata al Paradise Beach di Borgo Prino a Imperia, usufruendo dei servizi di spiaggia e ristorante bar, dove ho trascorso momenti piacevoli e rilassanti direttamente fronte mare per colazione e per pranzo. La location è deliziosa e la sorridente accoglienza dei giovani gestori molto gratificante. Luce fa fede al suo nome ed è un'infaticabile dispensatrice di gentilezza, professionalità e delizie locali. Amo il pesce ed ho molta apprezzato un'insalata di mare con verdure e stupendi calamari alla griglia con patate casalinghe e verdure miste stufate, annaffiate da un calice del locale Vermentino, molto buono.
