Arrived for two night stay. Not the friendliest of welcomes. The room Marisol was spacious, airy and clean. Nice view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable if soft. There were enough plugs and usb outlets. The hairdryer was good. Toiletries very basic, liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel. The shower was a fixed head so you have to limbo if you don’t want to get your hair wet. Lock cover on door kept falling off and drawer handle broken. Chairs on balcony broken. Could have had a nasty accident if I hadn’t checked them. Told staff. Two plastic chairs just dumped in the room. No apology. An empty hot tub took up half the balcony. Pointless. Went down to breakfast at 8.20 (served 8-10) No one there and place locked up Left a note to say we hadn’t eaten. Again no apology and no explanation. Wi-Fi only worked for first night then nothing despite resetting. Toiletries not replaced second day despite room being serviced. This is not a cheap option for accommodation in the area. Attirata dalle recensioni positive e dall’ estetica delle camere ho deciso di prenotare in questa struttura nonostante il prezzo un po’ più alto della media, ma purtroppo ho riscontrato delle criticità che in una struttura di quasi 200 euro a notte non mi aspettavo. Partendo dal presupposto che avevo prenotato per la festa di Sant’anna, qualche giorno prima scopriamo che causa condizioni meteo avverse la festa era stata rimandata di qualche giorno. Contatto quindi la struttura chiedendo se fosse possibile, pagando ovviamente la differenza, spostare la prenotazione ma ci viene risposto che non c’era disponibilità. Pazienza, partiamo lo stesso. Sulla stanza nulla da dire, bella e accogliente e con una bellissima veduta dal terrazzino, se non fosse per la doccia, in una struttura di quel valore non mi piace trovare il soffione della doccia fisso e dover fare le acrobazie per farmi una doccia e non bagnarmi i capelli, quantomeno mi fai trovare una cuffia da doccia nel set di cortesia ( che tra l’altro conteneva solo 2 boccette di bagnoschiuma e al secondo giorno non hanno neanche rimesso le nuove). Passiamo alla colazione, colazione a buffet internazionale ma dove? Scesi in ristorante la ragazza ci ha portato 2 cornetti e 1 ciambella che abbiamo diviso, cereali e yogurt sul tavolo ma di salato zero. Al secondo giorno ancora peggio, ci informano che la ragazza delle colazioni era stata poco bene e non avevano fatto in tempo, mi dispiace per la ragazza ma sarebbe stato un gesto carino offrirci la colazione in un qualsiasi bar visto che comunque l’avevamo pagata. Per finire, mea culpa, avevo dimenticato un giubbino nell’armadio ma me ne sono resa conto 3 giorni dopo, in questi 3 giorni nessuno si è degnato di avvisarmi, non sono state fatte le pulizie in quella camera? Le persone che sono arrivate dopo non gli hanno detto di aver trovato un capo non loro nella stanza? O magari non era vero che i giorni successivi era pieno e non potevano spostare la prenotazione? Sta di fatto che sinceramente mi aspettavo di più e purtroppo...
