If you are travelling and can’t speak Italian I wouldn’t bother coming here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Quite literally the rudest service from the waitress who didn’t even want to help us, and didn’t know her own menu in English. After asking about a meal as I had allergies, she shrugged her shoulders and said “no English” we were greeted by a waiter who spoke perfect English and after asking if there is someone else to help, the waitress said no one spoke English. We were then of course given the complete wrong dish and treated like a nuisance for the rest of the evening. Food is ok, but service definitely ruins your experience here, it is appalling. plenty other places with much nicer owners who actually want customers in their...

She gave us a menu, but did not tell us their is an English menu via a QR code on the table. Whenever they spoke to us they seemed to yell and never smiled. The staff spoke little to no English, which is absolutely fine, but it is not acceptable to be rude or condescending to us for not speaking the native language. This was my third city in Italy and 6th day, and this was the only place that made us...
Read moreIf I could rate this higher than a 5 star then I would. Stefano is an amazing host and his hospitality is absolutely incredible. The food here is incredible and we went back multiple times during our stay in la spezia because of Stefano and the food. Anything we ordered was great however the octopus with potato for antipasti was to die for. Walk an extra 10 minutes from the really touristy locations and you’ll find this absolute gem that you won’t be disappointed with! This prices were also extremely reasonable and I would have been comfortable paying 5€ more for each dish. Stefano, grazie per tutti. Ci...
