Hands down the most awesome place my partner and went for dinner in Italy. We had 2 appetizers, a slice of their margarita pizza and their individual pizza (seen in picture). We also tried their original recipe of this special type of savoury “pancake” (as I’ve forgotten the name) using a special kind of flour. It was delicious, and so was pizza. Service was fast and above all else, it was the most affordable restaurant I’d been to in Italy! To give you an idea, my pizza (in photo) was under 10€ and the 1/2L of wine was only 4€. The whole thing came out to around 35€ and we were both stuffed. While I can recognize it’s a chain, it’s for a good reason. This place has some real Italian history, tradition, and delicious (and incredibly, almost overly, affordable) food and wine. You won’t go wrong if you give this place a visit!

Well, we had to wait a bit but that's only because the whole place is right now (July 21) flooded with post-x-covid-wave of people wanting to just hang out a bit. And that place for that is just awesome. Food's really good, you have to try out the Farinata dish, it's something quite local, typical and quite light. Only issue we had was the local sparkling red wine but that's just debatable I guess. Out of 5 I'd give 4.5 due to that wine and time we spent but apart from that it's a place that stands out. Check out that Farinata! It's the place to do that.

Pizza Margherita was a perfect balance of fresh ingredients and a crispy crust, truly authentic and delicious. Focaccia con Salsiccia was incredibly flavorful, with perfectly seasoned sausage complementing the soft, fresh focaccia bread. The Farinata was also exceptional, a delightful surprise with its rich, savory taste and perfect texture. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal.

La Pia Centenaria is a treasure of La Spezia. I have been around Italy and their Pizza's are the only ones that I truly savored, it's flavors emphasized on each bite. the richness and creaminess of it's cheese combined with the freshness of its greens, as well as the texture of its dough crispy on the outside and yet so soft and fluffy. it's best seller are the Farinata, Salami picante, Prosciutto Cotto, Margharita, Neopolitana, Quattro Formagi and my Fav Spek e Mascapone. it's fairly priced. the service is great we felt so welcome they treated us like they know us and explained each menu, you can dine inside or outside. the feel of the place is chill as you see people passing by. I will savor your...

Worst service I’ve encountered in a long time. Ordered a full pizza and a Pepsi, the waitress asked for her colleague to help translate, all good. The Pepsi came within minutes, but after 30 minutes when I asked for my pizza, the lady who couldn’t speak English started to explain that I hadn’t made an order. Then she called another colleague from the kitchen who spoke English to tell me the order wasn’t put in and asked if I wanted a slice instead. I was really hungry by then so I accepted. Both attitudes were as if I was wrong somehow, no apology of any sort. The pizza slice was nothing special, a 6 out...
