STAY AWAY!!!

I purchased a SIM card here. They advised it would work after an hour. I tried after 2 hours and It did not. By this time I had moved onto another city.

I called the store the next day to advise them it wasn’t working… after 20 seconds he said the same thing, Try again in one hour. Again it didn’t work.

I went to another Vodofone in Siena and explained the situation. This Rep checked the status of the SIM card on their network and advised me the La Spezia store never activated it and that the SIM I got was a dud; in other words, I got scammed by this place!!!

Very upset with the La Spezia store. Very happy with the Siena store for making things...

A bunch of idiots, there's not enough time to tell the whole story. She typed for 20 minutes and then told us the Vodafone system would not let her finish. This was after the lied. She told us that "Vodafone does not offer a plan with unlimited data'. She got busred because the other worker told another person they did!PANIFUL. We had to go to another store to pay them 10€ to insert the sim card and the another store to pay to have minutes loaded. Fire...

Metto una stella perchè purtroppo non posso metterne meno. SCONSIGLIATO. A Novembre ci siamo recati nel negozio per l’eventuale acquisto di un telefono, da inserire nel contratto già in essere. Viaggiando tutto l’anno all’estero avevo un contratto costoso (circa 150/200 euro al mese) ma che comprendeva anche il roaming all’estero (anche extra - Europa). I dipendenti del negozio mi hanno fatto cambiare contratto passando da privato a business perchè a loro dire era molto vantaggioso, ed anzi sul mio hanno detto “chi ti aveva fatto un ctr del genere?” . Iniziamo l’attivazione per passare a business, che ci è voluto un paio di mesi abbondanti, perchè ogni volta c’era qualcosa che non andava, a detta loro sempre problemi tecnici da imputare al sistema e non a loro. Finalmente passiamo a business, credendo di avere internet in tutto il mondo, COME PRIMA, e dopo due mesi all’estero ci vediamo recapitare bolletta da 3.500 euro per traffico roaming non compreso. Ci rechiamo al negozio e la risposta del commesso vendendo la fattura è “eh si è tantino”, non so con che coraggio abbia dato una risposta del genere, invece che scusarsi per l’errore madornale che è stato fatto. Ora stiamo agendo con la vodafone per il reclamo ma sconsiglio a tutti di recarsi in questo store dove abbiamo trovato solo della gran incompetenza e...
