The location and the bar is inviting however, when you order an aperitvo, you get drinks and that's it. If you want some snacks you have to ask 2 or 3 times, and eventually you get a tiny bowl of potatoes chips. The young waitresses are very kind but the management is rude. We asked for a glass of water, and the waitress run to ask his manager, who said NO! You can only buy a BIG bottle. No small bottles or a glass available. We asked if my 1 year old son could get some pieces of bread while we were having aperitif, again the kind waitress had to run to his manager- not possible unless you order a dish. So if you want order an aperitif what you are left with is your glasses and no finger foods. The price is very expensive for what you get and the terrible service provided. And no effort to make your table look nice, unless you are in for dinner, then you get a lamp and candles on your table. Otherwise sit in an angle and...

Tourists beware. It was not terrible, but definitely not great -- and certainly not worth what they charge: €33 for a small bowl of pasta, a focaccia and a beer may not seem a lot to some but if you eat around Italy a bit, that's absolutely a lot to pay. Food wise, the pesto was substandard -- Liguria is known for being the birthplace or pesto, but I've had better from a jar -- and as a bread baker, I can say with conviction that the focaccia was not freshly baked. To put things in perspective, we had 3 courses for two people, with drinks, at a trendy bistro in Rome at the peak of dinner hour for less than half what we paid here and the food was a lot better. And don't get me started about the pigeons flying around the patio. Cute .. but not sanitary when they are trying to hop on the tables. There's other places in Spezia within a stone's throw. Definitely...

First of all – Alessandro, the person who helped us, was amazing! Super informative, really knows his food (as he said while pointing at his belly – literally the same as mine 😅). The food was greeeat – both the pizza and the pasta were spot on! If you have any doubts, just check the photos – the taste absolutely matches the look. The atmosphere is fantastic, the ristorante itself is lovely, and the drinks are on point too. Highly, highly recommend – A+++++! 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
