First, we had to wait outside for 15 minutes instead of the promised 5. Then we waited 30 minutes for a waiter to come to us, but it never happened and we had to ask to be approached. After 15 minutes, they brought us water, but for some reason they took away all the glasses and only after another 10 minutes they brought beer and glasses. Then, the dishes were brought, but not to us, but to another table who ordered later than us. In general we waited 1.40 hour. We ate a couple of panigacci that were brought to us and then waited again for a long time for a new portion. We waited for so long that my beer lost its fizz. Wow panigacci has too few staff. I gave one star for the food but it wasn't worth the long wait. We paid for this 95 euro for 5 people. They have plastic plates and no service but charge 2 euros...

Esperienza estremamente deludente e poco trasparente. Innanzitutto, il locale presenta un problema serio di chiarezza: i prezzi riportati sul menu all’interno, sul menu esposto fuori e sul menu online sono tutti diversi. Già questo fa partire la serata con molta diffidenza. Abbiamo cenato in 7 persone e ci siamo ritrovati a pagare 200 euro per un pasto che, per qualità, era paragonabile a quello che si può acquistare in un qualsiasi supermercato. Nessun piatto ha giustificato un conto così alto. La cosa più assurda è stata scoprire che non conteggiano le porzioni reali, ma le persone che ne usufruiscono: abbiamo portato due mini barattolini di Nutella per farcire i panigacci, e invece di addebitare quelle due piccole porzioni, hanno fatto pagare come se le avessero mangiate 15 persone. Un criterio di calcolo illogico e ingiustificabile. A peggiorare l’esperienza, all’esterno del locale si percepiva un odore sgradevole di fogna, che certo non invoglia a entrare o a rimanere.
