The hotel was clean fresh and beautifully furnished, unfortunately the lady owner thinks it is her home and we were told by her to treat it as such.||I along with my partner were made to feel very uncomfortable by the lady owner, 2 days into a 6 day stay, so much so I walked out of the Hotel after she spoke to us and cried, I wanted to go home there and then but having no where to stay at such short notice we had to wait until the next morning, our whole evening was ruined and we were awake most of the night so upset with the way we had been spoken to, it felt like a dream as we have never experienced anything like this before.||Our dreadful crime was we took the lid of "HER" blow up pool and had a little soak, later that evening on our way out she stopped us and went onto to say we had entered "HER" blow up pool without her permission and now for the rest of the week it would be out of service. We apologised, although looking back I do not know what we were apologising for, there was no sign on the pool saying out of service etc, the only sign was on a nearby wall stating you could enter the pool only twice for a maximum of 15 minutes each time and they must be at least 30 minutes apart. ||This is not what we booked, on Booking.com and in La Maison du Ports own brochure clearly shows a solid large Hot Tub, NOT a blow up pool.|The lady owner then went to say " you would not do this at anyone elses home why treat mine like this"?||We are 55 and 60 years of age and have never felt so humiliated or told off in our lives, to add insult to injury she insisted we paid the 6 days we had originally booked, thankfully I stood my ground, refused and pointed out why we were checking out , although she would not agree anything less then 3 days.||She totally ruined our holiday, a holiday that we worked hard to pay for.||Since coming back home she has taken a further 160 Euros out of my partners account without his permision, 160 Euros that she is charging us to service the pool, a pool that many people had gotten into before and after us.||My advise to anyone thinking of staying there, unless you do not want to use the pool and are quite happy having your every move watched then do not stay there.||We have been coming to Italy 3 times a year for many years and have never experienced such utter...
