Mango's Narghilè — Restaurant in Lazise

Terrible shisha, flavour was horrible the owner of this place cant make shisha . We left after 45mins that's how bad it was I wont reccomend this place at all they need to work on making proper shisha . This place isn't for people who have shisha on regular occasions as it wont be upto the standard we paid 20euro for a small shisha pipe which I think was very much rip off .really disappointed my day was ruined...

Ambience is nice and location is great, but the main thing that people want to go & have which is shisha or argeeleh really sucks. It's clear that owner does not have a clue on the basics of the product. He uses dummy & small souvenir like shishas which are not functional. On the other hand, tobaco or moassel is really bad with weird taste as they use some unknown...

Die Bedienung waren sehr gestresst weshalb ich nicht wirklich sauer bin aber: Die shisha hat weder geraucht noch nach Minze geschmeckt (18€!!!) der Caipi hat rein aus rum bestanden (6€ sehr klein) verkaufen Tomatensaft als Cocktail??? (6€!!!)

Als ich mich das erste mal bei einer Bedienung mit der Aussage „Sind sie sich sicher, dass das Minze ist es schmeckt nach nichts?“ beschwert hatte hat sie nur recht unhöflich den Tisch nebenan gefragt ob die Apfel haben. Als sie es bejaht hatten war das Thema für sie durch und sie ist einfach weggelaufen.

Als sich mein Freund beschwerte haben sich beide Bedienungen sofort darum gekümmert. Die 18€!!!! Für die shisha mussten wir dann nicht zahlen. Jedoch wurde uns keine Alternative geboten, also weder nen anderen Tabak noch wurden wir gefragt ob wir die shisha neu wollen oder sonstiges.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und empfehle es definitiv nicht weiter, selbst ich kann bessere shishaköpfe bauen als die Bedienungen hier.

Fazit: Preisleistung = unterirdisch Personal = überlastet Service...
