Mariolino Pizza — Restaurant in Lecce

I would like to acknowledge Mario’s overall level of service. The food is delicious and the staff are great. The atmosphere and surroundings, perfect! Just a few blocks away from the city centre. We tried the food in some of the more central/more expensive places and kept coming back to Mario’s. But here is what really got my heart and loyalty to the place during my last trip to Lecce. Mario (the owner) was always there, he was engaged with the clients, always available for a quick chat with a big smile. He is a beautiful human being, with and awesome energy. This is a real local family place making great pizzas. Mario has two restaurants side by side, the pizza place and a trattoria and you can order from either menu. Perfect for a casual quick pizza, or a bowl of pasta goodness. Lovely warm service and a real family...
