Very peaceful spot for dining out in Lecce. The place offers a very convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the main streets in the historical centre. Apparently, the restaurant is eagerly frequented by local residents. We decided to give it a chance on the last evening of our stay in Lecce and we certainly don't regret it. The menu was rather traditional, mostly focused around seafood, which is not disappointing if you are searching for the taste of Italian cuisine. Perfect aubergine parmigiana, delicious bread, and the best cappriciosa pizza I have ever had. Half a litre of fruity house red was 5 Euros. Total bill for 2 starters, 2 pizzas, a local beer and the wine was 53 Euros. Delightful friendly staff too....
