Subject: Discrimination and Refusal of Service

Dear TripAdvisor users,

I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply troubling incident of discrimination and refusal of service that my friends and I experienced at this restaurant on June 12, 2023. It is disheartening to recount this ordeal, but I believe it is crucial to shed light on the discriminatory practices employed by the waitresses.

Upon arriving at the restaurant my friends and I were excited to enjoy a meal together. However, to our astonishment, we were immediately subjected to blunt discrimination. The staff, instead of greeting us with warmth and hospitality, approached us with disdain and proceeded to refuse us service solely based on our race and ethnicity.

Their discriminatory behavior was evident in the way they treated us compared to other patrons. While the atmosphere was lively and welcoming to others, we were made to feel like unwelcome outsiders, as if our mere presence was an inconvenience to the restaurant. The wait staff deliberately ignored our attempts to get their attention, and when we finally managed to flag down a server, we were met with condescending remarks and dismissive gestures.

The discrimination we faced was not only hurtful but also deeply unjust. It is deeply...

What can I say... Just two years ago, I had the best burger in all of Italy right here! The fries were amazing, the meatballs delicious, and the burger simply unforgettable. But what a disappointment it was to come back after two years…

The meat was undercooked, the meatballs were nearly raw, and the bun was stale. The fries had no flavor at all. From the best burger I've ever had — not just in Italy, but in my entire life — this has sadly turned into the worst burger I’ve ever eaten.

I truly regret having to write a review like this, but I sincerely hope you bring back the quality you once had. I gave you two stars only out of hope and belief that you’ll return to the 5-star quality...

the menu marks allergens for each burger but they are WRONG, I informed the waitress that I was allergic to egg so couldn’t have anything so requested the classic burger without mayo which would then make it egg free, the burger turned up in a bun that contained egg that I would have eaten if I hadn’t asked, the salad that was with it also had drops of mayonnaise in and I ended up not eating at all because I didn’t trust them, a dangerous place to eat if you have allergies, BUT other than this their home made fries are...
