The take out food is fairly good; however, there is not much diversity in the overall selection. Most importantly, there are price inconsistencies which need to be reported. When Mr. Rico (the owner/manager) works the register, he tends to overcharge non-Italian clients consistently by 20-25%. If anyone else is working the register, you will get a fair price. The problem is Mr. Rico is at the register most of the time. The other issue is no one at this place speaks English; therefore, it is highly recommended you have decent command of the Italian language to order. There are some individuals from Peru that work at this establishment; however, they claim to have forgotten how to speak Spanish and will only answer in Italian (I find this claim absolutely ridiculous, I estimate they are trying to pass themselves off as full-Italians so they are not viewed by the locals as second class immigrants). The food and the price of the food (when not getting shafted by Mr. Rico, a solid 3.0, service a 2.0 and the Pizza (the Pizza maker is a really nice guy) is a 5.0. Ambiance is a 3.0. Sono stato a cena in questo ristorante e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza disastrosa sotto ogni punto di vista. Dopo aver aspettato 2 ore e mezza quello che ci è arrivato non solo era completamente deludente, ma addirittura inaccettabile. Gli spaghetti alle vongole, in particolare, erano salatissimi. Ma il peggio è stato scoprire un sasso mescolato con gli spaghetti. Quando ho fatto presente la cosa al titolare, sembrava quasi infastidito, come se fosse normale trovarsi dei ciottoli nel cibo. Nessuna scusa sincera, nessun tentativo di rimediare alla situazione. Il resto del pasto non era granché meglio: piatti senza sapore, servizio lentissimo e scadente. Il conto? Ovviamente salatissimo, ben lontano dall'essere giustificato da ciò che abbiamo mangiato (o dovrei dire sofferto).Non ci tornerò mai più e lo sconsiglierò a chiunque mi chieda un consiglio su dove...

Mi dispiace molto fare questa recensione perché era una delle mie pizzerie preferite ma ultimamente il servizio è peggiorato tanto e ieri sera è stato l'apice. Ci presentiamo io e mio marito senza prenotazione e chiedendo se c'era posto, ci dicono di sì e ci sediamo. In sala con noi una lunga tavolata, qualche altro tavolo ma non un pienone esagerato. Dopo quaranta minuti che le cameriere ci passavano accanto senza degnati di uno sguardo ci siamo alzati per andare via e siamo stati fermati da una ragazza chiedendoci di rivederci che stava arrivando una sua collega da noi. Ci siamo riseduti e dopo altri 15 minuti in cui abbiamo assistito a queste ragazze che giravano completamente disorganizzate per la sala servendo a caso anche chi era arrivato dopo di noi ci siamo rialzati e andati via senza che nessuno credo lo...
