We stopped here two consecutive nights for aperitivi. Great vibe from the moment we entered both nights. Staff was super friendly and attentive from the time we walked in. Music playing both nights just added to our relaxed adventure! Alessandro took care of us both nights and Gabriele made incredible cocktails on night one. Cinnamon Daiquiri was amazing for my wife. I asked for a bourbon based cocktail, after a good glass of local wine. Gabriele threw a few suggestions out and I settled on a Boulevardier. Simply amazing. Asked Alessandro about any available special local beers. He emerges with a a bottle, sealed in wax, but warm. So the next night I return and he has it chilled and ready. A Russian Imperial Stout, bottled in 2021, number 450 of 889 bottles. Taste was amazing with a dark chocolate color. We stayed for dinner for some amazing looking pizza. Both nights, from start to finish, was a great time. As I live in Umbria, I will definitely be back again.

Really nice tasty gnocchi, unfortunately though the details on the menu wasn’t correct. I ordered the gnocchi with shrimps but it was one prawn. Still very flavourful but i was disappointed and it could have been a couple more. I think we was early in the lunchtime so it wasn’t a great atmosphere. The staff was polite and helpful as our Italian is poor.

Nous avons pris l’apéritif à quatre et sommes restés pour dîner parce que nous nous y sentions bien. Le cadre est moderne plutôt branché et peut sembler un peu froid. Mais l’équipe du service est très chaleureuse, accueillante, avec le sourire et à l’écoute. Les cocktails sont merveilleux : aussi agréables à regarder qu’à déguster 🤩😋. Le Barman est un véritable alchimiste - artiste. Pour le negroni, il nous a proposé une version amer ou douce. Ce qui est assez rare ! Moi j’ai choisi la version « amaro » que je vous conseille (surtout lorsqu’il fait chaud). J’ai pu également goûter le fameux « Hugo » sorte de spritz à la liqueur de sureau ; et il était d’une délicatesse incroyable. La cuisine est traditionnelle et savoureuse avec de bons ingrédients. Nous avons pris les raviolis, les pastas et le risotto et tout le monde s’est régalé. Il y a aussi une belle carte des vins avec des vins locaux et la possibilité de vins au verre. Bref on recommande sans hésiter 😀.
