Kissu Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Lu Palau/Palau

The experience was so bad, I had to write my first google review. Worst restaurant I have been to in Italy (probably in my life)! The service was ridiculous and quite rude. My Pizza was basically a bit of dough and cheese, swimming in Tomato sauce. It was really hard to distinguish from a soup. It was also (with a big difference) the most expensive pizza around here. To finish, (no joke) I went and grabbed another pizza around the corner.

To the comment of the owner: I) Yes, we were together. Your restaurant deserved definitely more than a single bad review. II) It was not even a pizza Margherita. In addition, we ate pizza all week here around and your pizza was clearly the worst. Like I said worse than a frozen pizza. III) Yes we were under a tree but you cared more about the empty tables than ANY of the customers that were in the rain. IV) Don't take God into this. The weather forecast should be enough. Better focus on the current customers than on the foster ones.

To all people reading the review: The owner of the restaurant is desperately trying to defend his honor with lies, instead of aiming to improve. We may have had an extreme special bad experience, but it seems we were not...

Service was absolutely shocking, the food wasn't much better and when I dared to question the service charge with the manager, his response was if I could could manage it better than him I was welcome to have a go, when I mentioned about reviews he told me that he doesn't care about reviews they are just people being vengeful and he doesn't care about them, I asked for his name and he refused. There was several other diners in the the restaurant that had to keep asking for things like drinks and bills, I had to ask twice for our drinks and when the wine arrived we had no glasses I asked for 2 glasses and the waiter came back with an ice bucket (for red wine). The manager argued with me in front of other diners and even asked if I had been to Italy before. I saw you modify your comment to justify a bad evaluation … being honest and admit a difficult situation at that specific time would have been better instead of lying … and most of all, you pointed the bad education of your clients !!! Smart !!! Good job !!! It simply confirms the mindset of the restaurant !

My family is well known to be rope jumpers :-D (you make me smile :-) … thanks … I give you 2 stars for the ambiance!) … for your information, the rope was not closed … your closed it after our arrival !

PS2. how you can justify the couple of Italians who were leaving in front of us ? Waiting for a long time without ordering? Who only paid their drinks and complaining about the service ? Bad educated also I guess ?
