Terrible service and food. I came to this place only because I saw lasagna on the menu and wanted to enjoy a nice evening with my kids. They served me a lasagna with burnt black edges. When I asked why it looked like that, the staff told me it’s “normal when there’s a lot of cheese.”

I showed them a picture of how lasagna is supposed to look — I’ve worked in a kitchen myself. Instead of offering a replacement, they just took the plate and left me with no food at all.

The whole evening was ruined by arguing over what I should pay for. I really regret not taking a photo of the dish and not reading the reviews before coming here.

Food was good. But by the time it arrived my appetite was lost.

We ordered at 9:30 antipasti cheese selection. It took 40 minutes to bring us 5 pieces of cheese. I asked the waiter why is taking so long and he answered very rude that even at fast food you need to wait. I eat usually in restaurants, I understand that kitchen can be busy sometimes, but let's be honest, is just cheese on a plate. Then for main course we waited another 45 minutes. Siamo stati in questo posto ad Agosto arrivati alle 20:30 l antipasto è arrivato alle 21:40 😵(un ora e 10 minuti)nel frattempo c'era gente a cui non erano arrivati dei piatti che si lamentava giustamente e a chi arrivavano piatti diversi da quelli ordinati un caos enorme...😱 Dopo l antipasto chiediamo cosa sarebbe arrivato e ci dicono il primo (giustamente)che era già in uscita e stavano inpiattando solo che passano altri 40 minuti 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️(al sollecito di mio padre gli viene risposto : lei è in ferie se nn puo aspettare nemmeno in vacanza!!!🤐 ) e poi a sorpresa ci arriva direttamente il secondo🫨 : una montagna di patate fritte con 6 pezzetti di frittura di calamari invece degli spaghetti ordinati🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ !!! A quel punto restiamo interdetti... dico al cameriere che il primo nn è mai arrivato e che poteva tenerlo dato che ormai ci avevano dato già il secondo, lui ci risponde che noi non avevamo specificato che volevamo prima il primo e poi i secondi (come se per loro era logico mangiare prima il secondo e poi il primo roba da matti ) imperterrito fa venire un' altra collega dopo altri 15 minuti con i primi in mano dicendo che non potevamo rifiutare 😲😲😲 ma noi ormai che avevamo appena finito il secondo nn abbiamo accettato abbiamo pagato(e non poco ciò che abbiamo consumato e siamo andati via .
