Rather disappointing. Food mediocre for the price, service poor and impolite. 5 adults, 4 kids - food took long to arrive, then priomo piato for two people missing; arrived only long after all others had long finished theirs. Obviously forgotten, as other tables that ordered after us meanwhile did get their food. Waiter's repeated, increasingly unfriendly reaction to three inquiries over roughly 20 min. (paraphrased): "You're 9 people, it's quite normal that your food doesn't arrive at the same time". One simple "sorry, some confusion in the kitchen, we'll fix it right away" in the beginning could have saved the day. In all fairness: there was one young, dedicated and friendly waitress who did her best to fix things. Pizza was good, pasta with sea food nothing to write home about, secondo meat and fish all right. Suggerito da amici, mi reco in questo ristorante per cena. Ordino una pizza Lucifero (una diavola rovistata) e un CALAMARO ripieno in fonduta di pecorino. La pizza arriva ed è effettivamente eccellente. Lo faccio anche notare al cameriere. Poco dopo arriva il calamaro che però non è un calamaro ma un totano. Pesco in mare da più di 20 anni ed è davvero facile riconoscere un calamaro da un totano: il calamaro è bianco e resta di tale colore quando cotto (a meno che non sia fritto o fatto in umido col sugo). Il totano è rosso e da cotto resta di un colore scuro. Il totano è estremante dolce mentre il calamaro è più sapido (nonostante anch'esso dolciastro). Le due più grandi differenze però stanno nella testa / tentacoli (questi ultimi non erano inclusi nel mio piatto) e nella coda. La coda del calamaro e del totano sono drasticamente diverse. Mangio un solo boccone del mio "calamaro" che era poi un totano e mi accorgo quindi che è un totano. Tra l'altro aveva anche un sapore terribile e non si trattava di Nulla di fresco. Mi alzo, lascio tutto nel piatto e vado a pagare. Al banco faccio presente in modo educato al cameriere che non è un calamaro ma un totano. Il cameriere mi garantisce che si tratta di un calamaro. Gli spiego in modo garbato quanto sopra spiegato facendogli vedere delle foto prese da internet e la foto del piatto che mi hanno servito. Il cameriere inizia a fare ironia su ciò che gli sto facendo vedere e mi dice che loro acquistano solo calamari ma che sono africani. Faccio finta di nulla sorvolando lo spirito fuori luogo del cameriere e chiedo il conto che arriva ed include il prezzo del "non calamaro". .Sempre in modo composto specifico che sarebbe da togliere dalla cifra finale e la risposta è "no, quello resta". Commento dunque "fortunatamente esiste trip advisor" al che il cameriere, in modo del tutto maleducato, continuo a fare ironia prendendomi sfacciatamente in giro ed aggiungendo pure "strano che questa cosa è stata segnalata solo a fine cena e non prima" senza neppure realizzare che mi ero alzato dal tavolo e che il suo favoloso totano stava ancora nel piatto! A quel punto non ci ho più visto ed ho mandato a quel paese la persona in merito. A prescindere dal fatto che è cosa giusta servire ciò che viene scritto nel menu e non cose diverse, sono dell'idea che il cliente vada sempre trattato con rispetto ed educazione. Il detto "il cliente ha sempre ragione" ha un senso. L'ironia non è certo cosa da fare, sopratutto quando una persona fa notare in modo educato e composto un problema. The place is simply great starting with the food and ending with the atmosphere. The food was fresh and tasty, we asked for recommendations and followed them. So, in the end, house wine was very good, as well as pulpo, pizza, fish with vegetables! We got tiramisu and lemon sorbet for desert, the serving (you’ll be surprised!) was again exquisite.
