We visited this restaurant based on its ratings on Google Maps. Now, when I look at those ratings again, I notice that most reviews were left by users with very few contributions.
We ordered fish (400g) with potatoes and vegetables (about €32). The waitress was visibly surprised that we were ordering only one dish for two people, then rolled her eyes and walked away dramatically.
Let’s start with the food - objectively: The presentation was nice, the waiter filleted the fish and drizzled it with sauce. But the potatoes underneath were undercooked and crunchy. We returned the dish and waited. It came back improved, but the fish itself wasn’t amazing. I’d rate it 3+ or 4- out of 5.
As for the pizza (a Margherita with mozzarella or buffalo cheese) for my son - honestly, I can’t give it more than 3 out of 5. Guys, you’re Italian! Why disgrace your country with pizza like this? Try it yourselves - there’s no joy or pleasure in eating it!
We ordered one salad but received another. They corrected it, and in the end, the “green salad” turned out to be just chopped cabbage.
Now, about the service - here’s where we had the biggest issues: The waitress who brought the salad didn’t even turn around when I called after her. Okay, we’re not proud - we asked another waiter. They kept asking what we’d like to drink, even after we clearly said multiple times: “Nothing, thank you.”
Ladies, you’re in the service industry - where is the kindness, attentiveness, and care? We’re your customers! If you don’t enjoy this job, perhaps do something that brings you joy. And yes - your real attitude does come through, loud and clear.
On the other hand, the male waiters were more attentive and tried to defuse the tension. One guy, I think he was Indian, even tried joking to lighten the mood - he was polite and pleasant. Thank you :) You’re probably the only good memory we have from this place.
Dear owners, please pay attention to all of this.
Siamo i vostri clienti!

Read moreAt the suggestion of our BnB host, I broke my own rules of visiting a restaurant with a menu in 5 languages - something I won’t do again. The atmosphere ranged from nice and romantic to cacophonous and brightly lit.
The waitstaff weren’t sure about which table to serve what, with another table’s drinks brought to us and vice versa. We ordered the beef filet in red wine and pecorino, and the the Tuna steak. The filet was well cooked, albeit a little salty, however the Tuna was a little too undercooked for my pregnant partner. It was sent back to the kitchen twice. In the time taken for it to be cooked through, I had finished my meal - I was by no means rushing either!
Once the meal was over, the waitstaff had no interest in making eye-contact with us so that we could ask for the bill. We had a small discount voucher from our BnB and were chastised for not presenting it when asking for the bill.
Needless to say, we have shared our experience with our BnB host so that other guests do not have the...
Read moreHolidaying in North East Sardinia from the U.K. in mid June 2023, we visited this restaurant for dinner, which is in the heart of Santa Teresa di Gallura's main square.
It is well laid out, nicely decorated and clean – we opted to sit inside, which was nicely air conditioned.
We were waited on by Francesco throughout - he was welcoming, helpful and professional.
We shared a number of seafood dishes and pasta for our starters and main courses - they were all well seasoned and delicious.
This is a good quality restaurant that serves nice food at reasonable prices with excellent service.
After we left the restaurant, we realised that may have left a carrier bag at our table. We returned and the restaurant had already had seen it and had kindly stored it away for us.
I recommend a visit to...
