Touristenfalle! Touristtrap! The Food is awful to say the least ! Especially if you are looking for vegan food .. we ordered a burger (mediocre at best) and a vegetable plate (the plate alone 15€!!) and received a board with a few leaves of green salad topped with few dry and tasteless pieces of eggplant, zucchini and tomato.. check out the picture … in the middle a little bowl with plastic spoon for so called “dressing “ which tasted like lemon with water . Manager is one rude rude man who does not know to appreciate and respect the customer. I was passing by with my wife and we saw one free table. We approached to the table when he came to us and he was saying something on italian. Because we do not know italian, i asked him can he speak english with quite normal voice and tone. He replied with very rude, saucy and unmannerly voice "no english!" and continued on italian something. It was shameful feeling. Even he is one bald-headed and perfumed man in a nice shirt, I will never give him to work...

Spritz pessimo, servito in un bel bicchiere ma riempito dall' 80 percento di ghiaccio... una fregatura. Prezzi alti ma in centro a Santa Teresa quindi non scandaloso se venissero serviti dei drink decenti. Ma soprattutto ciò che ci ha colpito é l' igiene in quanto la cuscineria dei divani era semplicemente lurida , sembrava non fossero lavati da inizio stagione estiva, erano neri sui bordi e coperti di macchie e aloni. Il suolo e le pedane usate per creare tavolini non erano ben puliti ugualmente. L arredamento é carino e ci ha attratti ma quando paghi pure 3 euro di tassa servizio inaspettatamente, almeno il Posto deve essere pulito e ti devono portare i tovagliolini se ordini una bruschetta. Insomma colpisce il Posto da lontano ma poi non ci si sente bene per niente, abbiamo fatto fatica a rimanere seduti sui divani e per tutto il tempo non abbiamo potuto neanche appoggiare la schiena per lo stato dei cuscini. Se tavoli, sedie, divanetti sono in queste condizioni viene da pensare che anche la.cucina non sia molto pulita ma di questo non possiamo avere certezza. Peccato un posto così sulla piazza potrebbe essere un fiore all'occhiello per gli aperitivi ma non basta essere al centro per lavorare, bisogna avere anche un po' di etica e di passione per dare un buon servizio.
