Ristorante Pizzeria "Swami" (Nuova Gestione) — Restaurant in Maruggio

I had dinner here with my family and really I must say we had a bad experience, not only with the food which was nothing special, but the service was a real disaster.. My plate was a bit different from what described on the menu and my husband ordered the "SEARED tuna". He waited like 45 minutes and we asked information to the waiter who came back to us saying that this order got lost, therefore, we just needed to wait 5 minutes and meanwhile we ordered some fruit.. which arrived immediately! After almost 20 minutes still waiting for the seared tuna, being hungry, we started eating the fruit. So, this time we asked to cancel the tuna wherever it was. And guess what? As an answer I was told by the waiter that I have no patience and that tuna needs time to be cooked (!!)..really, one hour?! After a small discussion, the plate finally came out (after the fruit and after we had asked to cancel it) and the chef apologized offering us the dessert (thanks) but...debiting us also the tuna which was also much more expensive than the dessert... And the restaurant was almost empty so really I cannot justify so much confusion and misunderstanding with also so...

Cocktail bar isn't cocktail bar - ordered mojito cocktail in very nice looking "cocktail bar" and got served without cocktail tube, when asked the one the waiter said those are finished, then i went to the barman to ask how is it possible to drink long drink without it...he said just drink from the glass :) i said its layered drink and there is a water on top (meaning the ice melting)...the answer just killed "there is no water" he said :)) then i returned the cocktails saying i m not going to drink because i can't enjoy it and manager was coming out to ask why not. On the explanation he said "we have never been serving cocktails with cocktail tubes before" :(( such a failed business. Cocktail bar without cocktail tubes...

Non scrivo mai recensioni in specie di strutture ricettive dove so quanto lavoro c'è dietro ..avendo fatto per anni questo mestiere. Ma stasera forse si è superato il limite della sopportazione. Vi racconto in breve la nostra esperienza Arriviamo e solo per accoglierci e assegnarci un piccolo tavolo per un aperitivo abbiamo aspettato un quarto d'ora.fin qua tutto ci può stare.. dopo averci assegnato un tavolo chiediamo un aperitivo.caldo , la risposta : ci dispiace è finito! Cosa?? Un locale sulla spiaggia di 15 agosto alle 22:00 ha finito gli aperitivi caldi?. Mha vabbè.chiediamo cmq di portarci da bere e di fare qualke pizza a così a spicchi da appoggiare sul tavolino(ripeto eravamo sui divanetti) non dalla parte del ristorante , le birre arrivano subito le pizze dopo un ora ci portano le bottiglie d'acqua senza bicchieri. Le pizze senza un minimo di tovagliolo. Per lo più pizze sbagliate da quelle ordinate 2 su 4 .dopo il servizio pessimo andiamo a.pagare il conto . dove.per carità in agosto quei prezzi in quella zona ci possono anche stare .ma vediamo una voce con scritto coperto 2 euro a.persona .?? Scusi ma il coperto cosa dove non c'è stato un minimo servizio dove ciò che mi serviva son dovuto andarlo a prendere da solo! Lo facciamo presente in cassa .non ci guardano di striscio ci consegnano lo.scontrino e si girano dall' altra parte. Ragazzi.una.sola.cosa complimenti per il locale sicuramente bello il posto ma imparate ad essere umili e imparate il mestiere come si deve.siete.solo.fortunati a stare in un posto bellissimo è avere mezza strada spianata.a mai...
