Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tofu dish that was supposed to come with meat, and after a couple of spoonfuls, I realized there was no meat at all. When we told the staff, who I believe is the owner, she responded rudely, saying they couldn’t change it because I had already touched the food.
They ended up taking the plate back while it’s still half full the plate but still made us pay for the wrong dish, even though it was clearly their mistake. For me, it’s not even about the money, if they had approached me politely and apologized, I wouldn't have minded. But the attitude was completely unacceptable. Unfortunately the service was so bad. The food all arrived at different times. The waiters would ask everyone in the area if this was their dish? Our food was taken by others who arrived after us. It's a huge restaurant and the hostess tries to do her best and looks like she is working very hard. Bring bug spray as there are tons of mosquitos. The payment process was the easiest and fastest.
