La Grande Cina — Restaurant in Massa

Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tofu dish that was supposed to come with meat, and after a couple of spoonfuls, I realized there was no meat at all. When we told the staff, who I believe is the owner, she responded rudely, saying they couldn’t change it because I had already touched the food.

They ended up taking the plate back while it’s still half full the plate but still made us pay for the wrong dish, even though it was clearly their mistake. For me, it’s not even about the money, if they had approached me politely and apologized, I wouldn't have minded. But the attitude was completely unacceptable. No responsibility, no empathy, Definitely not recommended. It’s not just about food, it’s about basic respect...

The food here was pretty good once it arrived. I would not order the hot and sour soup it had a bad flavor. The shrimp dishes hot and sour and glass noodles were very good. Unfortunately the service was so bad. The food all arrived at different times. The waiters would ask everyone in the area if this was their dish? Our food was taken by others who arrived after us. It's a huge restaurant and the hostess tries to do her best and looks like she is working very hard. Bring bug spray as there are tons of mosquitos. The payment process was the easiest and fastest. The good was reasonably priced we spent €60 for 4 people and we had a lot of food. Don't forget to order a side of rice as it doesn't come...

food is not good/ bland taste

the woman waiter/cashier is extremely rude, send the wrong order and didnt take accountability for it, told her that i cant have specific ingredients in my meal and said okay but it didnt come thru

simply told me to just eat it, set the ingredients aside, and started making faces and being aggressive with the way shes handling/serving stuff

if i have a fatal allergy towards an ingredients i might actually be hospitalized
