San Pardo was amazing. We showed up late w large group of 20+ w no reservations. They seated us immediately and were so welcoming. The pizzas were medium size for Americans but prices were very good. Chef Fabbio is the real deal! His fresh pasta is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had—so light and flavorful—and the smoked sausage is incredible, packed with just the right amount of smokiness. On top of that, he’s so welcoming and really pays attention to every little detail, which makes the whole experience feel special. La mia recensione è basta su due esperienze: domicilio ed asporto. Domicilio: orario di consegna 20:15. Alle 20:45 ancora niente. Chiamiamo e ci dicono che stanno arrivando; falso, la consegna è avvenuta alle 21:20 con più di un'ora di ritardo. Alla domanda del ritardo, risposta: "C'è traffico..." Asporto: orario di ritiro 20:00. Mi presento puntuale, ed alle 20:20 ancora non era pronta. Alla domanda "ci vuole molto", mi dicono che la mia è la prossima perché stò infornando. Falso, ho ritirato alle 20:40. Inoltre chiedo se posso pagare con il POS, ma ricevo una risposta abbastanza seccata con: "non lo abbiamo ancora" (Aprile 2021).
