Era da tanto che volevo provare questo posto a Mattinata e finalmente pochi giorni fa decidiamo di provarlo. Il titolare è molto gentile e ci fa sedere subito nonostante non avessimo prenotato, ordiniamo due pizze e un cacio cavallo al forno come antipasto. La pizza margherita con i funghi è leggera, con il bordo abbrustolito, buona la cottura generale e pure il condimento. In generale una buona pizza. Se vogliamo essere puntigliosi la salsa si sente troppo e sinceramente manca quel qualcosa che mi faccia esclamare "Ottima questa pizza". Il caciocavallo è cotto al forno, saporito, giusta la porzione per due, un buon prodotto tipico di queste zone, lo consiglio. Il servizio è stato veloce, sempre gentile e disponibile sia i ragazzi che servono i tavoli che il titolare sempre premuroso nel chiedere come andavano le cose, ho apprezzato il suo modo di fare. Manca forse un po' di organizzazione visto che un paio di volte siamo rimasti senza posate e abbiamo dovuto chiederle, oppure la birra che ci hanno servito a temperatura ambiente invece di essere fredda, ovviamente sono piccolezze che faccio notare per poter aiutare il titolare a migliorare il servizio già buono.
