Osteria Scopari — Restaurant in Mazara del Vallo

When we first arrived at the restaurant and were seated, everything looked great. The server asked for our drink order, but since we hadn’t had time to look at the menu, we just asked for water, which was brought out quickly. Unfortunately, from that point on, the experience went downhill. We waited 40 minutes before being asked for our food and drink orders. During that time, we changed our minds about what to eat a few times, worried we’d have to wait even longer. The pizzas we ordered were just okay, nothing special. On top of that, as other guests left, their tables weren’t cleared, leaving the area messy. I could see the staff was very busy, but they either need more help or should serve fewer people. Regardless, it shouldn't be the customers’ problem—everyone deserves...

One of the Best rice dishes I ever had. I took the rice dish with red shrimps of Mazara and the quantity and the quality were simply perfect.

I definitely recommend this restaurant in case you are lookin for the best quality fish dish in town.

This lovely family-run tavern-style restaurant, close to the town square, serves excellent authentic Italian food.
