Ai Tre Ponti — Restaurant in Milan

Simply put, great ! Ok, it isn't that cheap, may be you've even to wait a little bit (it's always so crowded !) but once you enter the pizzeria, you are welcome with a sensation of joy, staff is always smiling, rushing here and there striving to serve you the best. Then, pizza: the dough is great, great taste, soft and crunchy at the same time, great selection of topping not to mention the simple...

Pizza was ok but the payment was ambiguous in the end.

We were 3 and we wanted to get one normal and big one to share. The waiter said that it's the same if you get 3 normal ones. So we did. But instead of paying for two slices we paid for three, since there were three plates on the table (coperto is additional payment)

The cashier didn't care what the waiter said. Even though the waiter repeated...

Ragazzi... Siamo venuti tante volte da voi siamo stati sempre bene... Mangiato un ottima pizza ottimo servizio... Ma datevi una regolata su come guadagnare.... Fare pagare 5.50 per il "tesoro" dei bambini se paghi 1.50 in spiaggia...oppure 7.5 una torta di mele.... Non siete un ristorante stellato ma anche un posto per famiglie e lucrare sui bambini e una caduta di stile anche perche la pizza ha prezzi onesti. Pronto a cambiare giudizio ma oggi rispetto al passato sono rimasto veramente deluso. Se vuoi lucrare.... . fallo sugli amari ma nn sui gelati da spiaggia dai... Avrei accettato ma così davvero no e mi spiace....

Controrisposta ai titolari : va bene la torta con le mele e palline di gelato 7.5 può anche andare. Penso sempre sia un po alto considerato tutto ma va bene questo può anche avere senso ma il gelato da spiaggia a 5.5 continuo a ribadire che non è normale. Lo dico come critica costruttiva. Vuoi guadagnare su qualcosa? Abbassa quel costo dove c è un super guadagno immotivato e alza il costo dell amaro della birra o di qualcos altro ma ripeto 5.5 per un gelato da spiaggia che costa 2 euro stando largo e abbastanza triste. Sicuramente torneremo e sarò pronto a cambiare valutazione...
