Al 91 — Restaurant in Milan

My family just arrived to Milan and went to this restaurant. My mom ordered this huge milan schnitzel, however, the part of the milan schnitzel was raw. When I told them about it, they said the thick part with the bone supposed to be raw. We eventually asked them to take the meat away. We all lost appetite in the end because how badly they handled the issue. They on top charged us for this raw meal. I told them it’s unfair and they told me that it is supposed to be like that. Simply put, this is the best pizza I've ever consumed in my entire life. My wife and I make pizza at home and we're kind of pizza snobs (it's terrible I know). The dough was uniquely thin - the pizza seems huge, but once you realize it's not an extreme amount of dough you're fine. È da anni che vengo che frequento questo ristorante ma non sono mai stata trattata così male dal personale. Ero con dei miei amici facendo un gruppo di 6 persone di sabato sera. Abbiamo pressoché ordinato tutti la pizza e su questa non mi posso lamentare. Anche il cameriere che ci ha servito è stato gentile, disponibile e anche molto simpatico.

Il problema si è posto quando siamo andati a pagare. C'era una signora anziana alla cassa che si è mostrata molto cafona con noi, e a quanto pare anche con gli altri. Ci ha dato il conto e solo in quel momento siamo stati avvertiti che potevamo solo fare conto unico, e niente conti separati. Alle nostre domande poi rispondeva con disinteresse e maleducazione con frase tipo "mettetevi in pare voi con Satispay, non mi interessa niente basta che pagate" e con "c'è scritto sul menù che la sera non si fanno conti separati". (Sul menù non sembra esserci scritto, e se c'è la scritta risulta illeggibile) Non solo mi sembra questa maleducazione ma anche contro la legge un'azione del genere: un esercizio commerciale non può rifiutare in nessun caso i pagamenti elettronici.

Alla fine siamo riusciti a pagare separati ma sotto molti insulti e anche occhiatacce dalla cassiera. Mentre uscivamo, abbiamo visto un altro gruppo nella nostra stessa situazione. Manca solo che qualcuno gli chiami la Guardia di Finanza.
