Magical place in the hipster heart of downtown Milan for the cat lover. You may think this is a typical cat cafe, but it's so much more than that. Imagine meeting your idol for the first time, but instead you end up in a very taken care of place with 9 very well groomed star-cats; they even have their own merch (mugs, badges, postcards, key-chains, and so much more). Each of these 9 cats have names and great stories. Here you will not only get served food (not the best breakfast in the world, but decent enough considering you get to play with the kitties), but also immerse yourself in an establishment with some story-telling with lots of attention to detail. It's both functional to the customers and the cats. The staff are very friendly and they all speak English...and if they don't, they will make an effort to make you feel at home. Prices are OK, and the food is tasty, although there's not much variety for breakfast, especially if you feel like eating something salty like a sandwich or some bacon. Fun fact: The cats are named after rock stars, because they ARE rock stars...obvi. Blondie was my ultimate favorite, because we bonded while she tried to get in the toilet (apparently that's her thing), and afterwards she climbed onto my lap for some cuddles. Do not panic, there's plenty of lint removers at the exit so you can de-cat on your way to the fashion district. If you are passing by this place and you have some reservations about it, just go in, because it's clean and lots of fun...even if you are not that keen on these feline cuties.

Absolutely loved it here! Upon entry they explain clearly what rules are in place (which are all very logical and decent), and you get seated. The cats are all around, usually sleeping but some will saunter past in their typical cat ways. We got a corner seat but it provided front row seats to entertainment by Mina, the calico, who really wanted into the kitchen (but for obvious reasons isn't allowed there) and loudly protested when the staff tried to coax her away, and Elton, who was spread out on a table and refused to move (except move further in the way) as the staff tried to clean it. The whole café is decorated cozily and the food is amazing -a little toward the pricey side for some but definitely worth it, especially knowing how good the cats are taken care of. The cats are also super friendly and don't mind being petted, some even sleeping on steadily during. I thought I'd had enough of Milan, but this makes me want to come back just so I can visit here again.

My wife and I were holidaying in Milan when we came across this little feline heaven tucked away in the corner of Via Napo Torriani street. It is a unique cafe that houses 8 beautiful felines. You need to ring the bell to enter as they do not want the cats to escape the vicinity and roam outside the cafe. The cats are comfortable with the guests and they look really healthy and happy. The place is also very hygienic which came as a surprise to us. The cats cafes that we visited in other parts of the world weren't as hygienic as this one, so kudos to the care takers and staff for keeping the place clean and beautiful. To escape the Milanese cold, we only bought their hot tea as we simply wanted to relax and interact with the cats. But we saw other patrons of the cafe enjoying their brunch which looked really appetising- something we might try on our next visit. Pro-tip: Do get there early as it can get really crowded, especially on a weekend.

The cats are lazy 🤭 not very crazy at all. How deceiving. Super cute cats that let you pet them without a problem. What impressed me the most was the lack of urine and cat smell. My poor son has a cat sensitivity and he barely sneezed at all, usually after interacting with cats he needs allergy medicine but he was fine, that tells me these cats are well cared for. The food was great and the cakes delicious. My only complaint was that it was very warm in the restaurant but I’m sure the cats were loving it. Definitely would come again next time we’re in town. Booking service was easy and the staff welcoming. The spending policy seems reasonable, I’m sure many people would stay long petting cats and only order one coffee, it makes sense.
