All the staff was extremely nice, professional and caring. I've been pierced by both one of the girls working in the store (I got a tragus) and Dimitri himself (both my nipples) and both experiences were great. Even with a huge line of people waiting outside, Dimitri was calm, took the time to give me advice on how to position my piercings and put me completely at ease.
