I am going to put one star because I can’t put 0. The service was the most terrible service I have ever had in my entire life. It started with a waiter bringing us two water bottles (one still , one sparkling) without asking us first. Her colleague came after to take orders with headphones in. I speak fluent Italian and he took the orders completely wrong, probably cause he was listening to music instead of listening to me lol. One dish was missing, two dishes of my friend were never coming until I had to ask them about it. Ordered two polenta dishes one as a main 15€ and one starter 10€. They brought us the same starter portion size and tried to charge us 5€ more saying one was a main? After our food I saw that they charged us for two waters even though we only drank one and clearly didn’t ask to bring two. If the waiter would have asked at least and care about our opinion. I asked them to take it away from the bill. They said okay and never came back with the corrected printed bill so we decided to go and explain the situation to the cashier. The cashier told me to show him the unopened water bottle and ORDERED ME to prove it and I was so shocked at the way he was talking to me , I just decided to get the waiter to explain him the situation. After he took the water away I asked him to take away the extra 5€ main polenta dish that literally was the same as the starter. He started screaming at me. I never had such terrible customer service. They are scammers trying to make money with every means. If the service would have been good I would have had no problem in leaving them 8€ tip. But they were not worth not even one cent. Food Wise The olives were way too salty and uneatable The gnocchi gorgonzola were bland and flavorless unless u added 6kg of parmigiano. The polenta was unseasoned, insipid, cold, the mushrooms on top of it looked like it was cooked few days prior. Nothing fresh for sure. Tried to add salt but didn’t help at all. The Insalata con carciofi, the artichokes were undercooked and hard. Way too much olive oil and again insipid and missing salt. The cotoletta Milanese is not worth 30€ at all. Ci sono dei limiti all'essere presi in giro . Ci hanno dato una bottiglia di vino che era già aperta - calda e indecente dal sapore acido.

Guardando sulla destra del bancone degli antipasti erano visibili una serie di bottiglie come la nostra con i tappi rimessi su a mano. Probabilmente raccolgono gli avanzi e riempiono le bottiglie a fine turno con tutto quello che è rimasto.

Per non parlare del fatto che era caldo come se fosse rimasto sotto il sole tutto il giorno - lo abbiamo fatto notare e ci hanno praticamente buttato sul tavolo una ciotola sporca con del ghiaccio dicendoci che potevamo raffreddarlo se per noi era troppo caldo. Ghiaccio nel Chianti ????

In tavolo di turisti come noi ha ordinato lo stesso vino e la bottiglia è stato presa guarda caso dallo stesso angolo.

Il tavolo accanto a noi - italiani e amici hanno ordinato lo stesso Chianti della casa ma la loro bottiglia è stat presa guarda caso da sotto il bancone e stappata al loro tavolo. Abbiamo iniziato a guardare e guarda caso tutte le bottiglie destinate ai turisti o a grandi tavolate di ragazzi venivano prese dal bancone - e avevano il taglio del collo era più basso rispetto a quelle che venivano servire ai tavoli delle persone che sembravano amiche - sistematicamente provenienti da una sorta di frigo sotto il bancone!

Avete bisogno di vendere gli avanzi alla gente ? Complimenti !

Abbiamo ordinato una seconda bottiglia di vino e preteso che venisse stappata al tavolo !

L'arroganza dei camerieri è a dieta poco indescrivibile - uno in particolare indulta gli altri davanti ai clienti trattandoli in modo indecente.

Abbiamo ordinato la stessa carne del tavolo accanto - loro erano in 3 noi in 6 e la quantità di carne data a loro per 3 persone era quasi il doppio rispetto alla nostra ! A casa mia si chiama truffa Per non parlare del fatto che la carne era fredda! Inutile provare a richiamare l'attenzione dei camerieri !

Piatti e posate erano sporchi Molti dei piatti ordinato non sono arrivati ma erano invece stato regolarmente inseriti nel conto. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci è stato detto che a loro risultavano consegnati ! E che se la cosa non ci andava bene potevamo anche evitare di tornate

Ma stiamo scherzando !? Mi fai pagare qualche cosa che non mi hai consegnato e mi insulti pure ??

Complimenti a chi in quel paese controlla le attività commerciali !! Difficile incontrare tanta arroganza Mai più !!

3 of us came in at 8pm for dinner, glad that we book the table because it was full after 30 mins.

Staffs are friendly and funny, even would recommend us the order, which customers always appreciate. (As I came in with locals who can speak Italian and been to this restaurant many times, so we know what to order straight away, the place can be hectic when it’s full and I can feel that staffs are trying their best to attend all customers)

The prosciutto with melon was just mouth-watering and the steak was sooooo tasty!!!!
