We picked this place based on their claim of being a Peruvian "Chifa". We had fried wonton, arroz chaufa, different plates and Inca Kola. On the positive side the portions are massive and the price is very low. On the negative side, the quality of the food was horrendous, they should not even be able to call that arroz chaufa. The worst by far were the fried Wontons they had no filling ( pleaae see pictures attached). The place was not very clean and the ambiance in general was not pleasant. Soy peruano y amo el chifa… pero este lugar de chifa solo tiene el nombre. Cuando me enteré de que había un chifa cerca de donde me estaba hospedando, no podía dejar de ir a probarlo. Lastimosamente, mi día terminó con una decepción enorme. Primero, ordenamos Wantan frito… simplemente un desastre. Vino sin relleno y grasoso, nada a lo que un Wantan frito de chifa es. Luego, ordenamos un arroz chufa y un combinado de arroz chaufa con fideos salteados. El tamaño de las porciones es generoso, pero el sabor y la textura de la comida está muy lejano de lo que un Chifa debe de ser. Llegó luego el pato con cashews. Uno de los peores patos cantoneses que he probado en mi vida. No había nada de carne, y más era pellejo… y que decir del sabor…. horrible. Dejamos más de la mitad de la porción. Para ser sincero, lo mejor del lugar fue la Inka Kola que, como siempre, nunca defrauda. Me voy con una mal sabor de este lugar al cual nunca...
