Not bad as a supermarket, like all Carrefour stores, although somehow offer seems quite limited relative to the size of the store. What really annoys me that they keep proudly announcing their "covid security protocols" through the loudspeakers... only that it's mostly based on horribly outdated (pseudo-) science... Washing your hands is good hygienic practice, but it isn't going to stop an airborne respiratory virus. Etc, etc... Solid working hours and well-stocked with both local and imported produce. I go there quite often and I’m happy to have it around.

The only weird experience I had in this store was after a self-checkout, when I was stopped by a woman who showed me some kind of badge and asked to see my receipt and groceries.

I mean, I get the idea behind it and I don’t have any negative feelings toward people doing this job, but the question remains: how do they actually choose who to approach? It made me wonder if I somehow looked like the type who might steal groceries 😁

The Carrefour Express in Milan was a delightful experience! The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate through the aisles. I was impressed by the wide variety of products available, and the courtesy of the helpers. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions I could have had.
