Pizza here is really delicious, I especially loved quattro formaggi with porcini mushrooms 😍 I’ve always taken it to go, and everything was alright.

During our last week in Milan, we came here to try restaurant dishes. The place is usually full, so we’ve expected good quality food. Unfortunately, not everything was perfect. There were only few vegetarian dishes to choose from, I went with gniocchi with gorgonzola sauce and spinach. It was okay, but nothing special - gniocchi were a little tangy, and the sauce lacked character, the spinach was not seasoned at all (gorgonzola saved the situation a little bit, but it still could’ve been better). My mother tried a mix of grilled fish, and was not very satisfied with her dish. The fish was quite dry, and again, not seasoned at all. It lacked juiciness, and maybe some condiments. My father tried a steak and he was rather happy with his choice. During our recent trip to Milan, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Il Diamante2 – Ristorante Grill Pizzeria, and it was an experience worth sharing. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for a wonderful evening.
The food was nothing short of spectacular and amazing.

Un'Esperienza a Base di Pesce da Ricordare
La mia recente esperienza in questo ristorante si è rivelata estremamente positiva, nonostante un piccolo inconveniente iniziale. La capasanta, infatti, è stata servita leggermente in ritardo, ma questo non ha intaccato il resto della cena, che si è svolta senza alcun problema.
Il primo, un classico di spaghetti allo scoglio, è stato eseguito alla perfezione: la pasta era al dente e ogni varietà di pesce era cotta in modo impeccabile, esaltando i sapori di mare. Il secondo, un fritto misto, ha mantenuto standard elevati: croccantezza e asciuttezza impeccabili, mentre il pesce risultava morbido e succulento.
Un plauso anche alla focaccia servita come accompagnamento all’inizio del pasto, soffice e sapientemente aromatizzata, che ha dato un ottimo inizio alla serata. Degno di nota è stato anche il servizio: nonostante la varietà delle portate ordinate dalla nostra tavolata, i piatti sono stati serviti in maniera coordinata e pressoché simultanea, dimostrando un’efficace organizzazione.
Il tutto è stato accompagnato da un Pinot Grigio, un vino forse non eccezionale ma comunque gradevole, che ha svolto egregiamente il suo compito nel completare l’esperienza culinaria.
Il personale si è dimostrato cortese e attento, pronto ad accogliere richieste particolari, come scattare foto alla tavolata, con un sorriso e grande disponibilità. L’ambiente del ristorante è arricchito dalla presenza di acquari che ospitano aragoste e granchi, aggiungendo un tocco caratteristico e scenografico al locale.
