Joy's Milano — Restaurant in Milan

THIS RESTAURANT IS HORROR! We went to eat, we were the only 2 there. That already says much but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. We ordered, the owner did not speak any English so it was very hard to communicate. The food arrived and my Risotto with Scampi was very bad. I explained in all the possible ways that the food was not pleasant to eat and he wouldn’t accept that. He started SHOUTING at us that we had to be satisfied. We just went away and paid. We had to pay for everything. The wife was so kind to leave away the tip for service because I explained the service was very bad. We are never going back there. This ruined our night. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WANT A PLEASANT...

Exquisite Food, the food here for a little hidden gem next to our hotel was amazing. We spent nearly 160€ in a lovely looking restraunts called Fiorenza but it didn't come close to the food here at way less (30€ for two people). Definitely have amazing food, the staff there are all family and put really passion and 'joy' no pun intended into the food and it really comes off in the taste & flavours of the food. The women who served us and took payments was really lovely and caring, especially the risotto which is the best...

I went there today at slightly after 7pm. The staff was friendly and made a good atmosphere. I ordered Bruschetta classica con pomodoro e basilico first with a glass of lava Montepulciono, then had Risotto Carnaroli alla milanese con ossobuco di vitello con gremolada as a main. Very fantastic taste and relaxable environment, I was tired and did not feel like going to the center of Milan, so this ristorante was an ideal place for me.
