Terrible service by the this guy who couldn't speak a word in English. I'm not against it, but he didn't even make an effort to get someone to ask what we wanted. My wife is allergic to shellfish. The previous times when comes over during lunch, the lady (think she is the boss) does makes and exception to cook special pasta dish for my wife. This guys just pointed at the menu when we were trying to order and walked away. Thought he might want to get someone to check out order but he went to counter and just ignored us. So we decided to order something from the menu and waited for him to take our order but he kept looking at his phone. Please take note there was only 2 tables of 2 pax at that moment. It wasn't busy at all. I mange to get his attention and he was busy on the phone. He took our order and was served too. After awhile there were more customers dining at this place and I realised every table were served with a bread basket except ours. We did mention about what had just happened to one of their staff Akim/Hakim, and he said the guy who took our order is a not able to speak In English. But when we asked why didn't they serve the bread basket, Akim was speechless. Well the bread basket is not a big issue but you should never treat a customer differently from another. We (tourist / foreigners / non Italian speaking) will not tolerate or return again if we are treated in such manner with double standard and terrible attitude. This will be the last we will ever come to your restaurant if this guys is going serve us. We had friends who came to do take away too. But we didn't mention anything at that point. Wished I could give O star but I had to be fair to Akim, and the kitchen staff. Maybe this guys should learn from Akim with regards to customer service and...

Came here on their opening hour, good seating arrangement that can accommodate large group of people.

Was brought in promptly, given menu and generous serving of bread which was refilled when they saw us finishing.

The staff was generally friendly with smile and tried to interact which we appreciated it a lot. Nothing beats friendly staff.

They had quite an extensive menu with great variety of starter, pizzas and pasta.

We ordered the, linguine super: generous portion of mussel, clam, squid and half a lobster. Great flavour and pasta was cooked to perfection. We ordered two, mine was a wetter version while my friend’s one was on the creamier side.

The rest was spaghetti mar roso, carbonara, tagliolini gamberetti zucchini and fried calamari. The standard was able to maintain throughout all the main course and the portion was generous.

24 giugno 2024 Purtroppo devo segnalare quanto accaduto di veramente spiacevole! Da vecchi clienti quali siamo a conferma della precedente recensione, domenica 23cm. non lo saremo più! Io, la mia famiglia e quella di vecchi amici, ci siamo recati al ristorante pensando di trovare il vecchio e piacevole servizio cui eravamo abituati. Da subito ci siamo accorti che i piatti erano mal cucinati e poveri nelle porzioni quando tempo addietro era il contrario. La ragazza ordina spaghetti al pomodoro e si vede portare delle penne all'arrabbiata che, avrebbe anche tenuto, ma visto l'assaggio e il piccante non gradito, fa presente al cameriere l'errore Il quale porta il piatto in cucina. Lo stesso che poi vedremo uscire sempre con il medesimo piatto e propinarlo al tavolo di fronte a noi!!! Ordino una costata e 40 minuti dopo l'attesa arriva, ma la stessa dopo aver chiesto un coltello tagliente, risulta totalmente nervosa e mal cotta tanto da non riuscire a tagliarla! Non riuscendo a mangiarla informo sottovoce il cameriere che la carne è immangiabile. Il camerie porta indietro la costata, e visto il tempo che era trascorso e gli amici che erano quasi al dolce, chiedo un fritto misto perché più veloce da cucinare. Allorché mi vedo arrivare il proprietario che butta letteralmente la mia costata sul tavolo dicendomi "quella è tua la carne va bene così"!!! Mantengo la calma e gli faccio notare che è intagliabile se non con un seghetto alternativo di cui al momento non ero dotato, ma lo stesso, alzando la voce e puntando il dito verso di me e indicando la carne in tono minaccioso, insiste che la "devo" mangiare perché va bene così !!! A quel punto lo informo che siamo dei vecchi clienti e non do la colpa a lui se la carne non è mangiabile, ma questo stizzito mi volta le spalle e nuovamente mi intima ancora che dovevo mangiarla, e se ne va!. Non è rimasto che alzarci in piedi e pagare il conto (rifiutamdomi di pagare la carne) mentre la sala dei pochi presenti era in silenzio e attonita per il comportamento maleducato e irrispettoso verso di me e verso i presenti! La serata rovinata, le mie conchiglie che girano ancora, mi suggeriscono di far conoscere agli ipotetici clienti quale cucina e quali pietanze saranno servite, ma soprattutto con una professionalità totalmente disattesa dal proprietario!
