Manzi BBQ — Restaurant in Milan

I was on my way home and passed by the restaurant. The smell of food was so good I had to go in. What can I say? The whole experience was amazing. The food is so delicious and the menu so vast. The staff were really helpful and explained how to cook things and what to eat and how to eat them. Sadly I am on my own but next time I come I will gladly bring friends. The eat as much as you can menu costs 35€… the portions are very generous so don’t order too much on the first round.

Una novità assoluta, almeno per quanto ci riguarda.. nella ristorazione di Milano. Si tratta infatti di un ristorante..., come definirlo.... Cino-giapponese-coreano con piatti per tutti i gusti ma una particolarità che lo contraddistingue : e cioè i piatti di carne e verdura occorre cuocerli da sé al tavolo. Ogni tavolo ha un grill che verrà acceso al momento opportuno. Vi potete cuocere piu o meno 2 pietanze di carne più della verdura. Questo cosa comporta? Certamente la possibilità di gestire a piacimento le cotture..., la convivialità tra commensali (ci si diverte...) e la novità naturalmente. Alcuni piatti arrivano già cotti (le paste, il riso ecc) ma tutto il resto lo cuocete al tavolo. Se avete fretta non è il posto che fa per voi. Bisogna venire qui con la mentalità di passare del tempo a tavola (le patate ad esempio richiedono più tempo della carne)... Le carni, qualsiasi esse siano, sono di buonissima qualità. Anche i primi cinesi davvero buoni. Le verdure sono fresche. Fabrizio è molto gentile e premuroso. Così come i suoi colleghi. L'ambiente è pulito e curato ed anche i bagni I prezzi sono giusti ed assolutamente perfetti con alcune promozioni che si possono trovare in rete. Faticherete a trovare un parcheggio....
