Once upon a time — Restaurant in Milan

I have been here many times over the last 5 years and objectively, fantastic ice cream! It tastes so good and I totally suggest going here for that reason, at least once. The issue, is the service! It just feels so unpleasant and rude. How tiring, why can't an experience of going to get an ice cream be pleasant? Why do I have to suffer unwarranted comments, feeling like you're annoyed by me / in general / that everything a customer says just generally irritates you. In all honesty, having great ice cream is wonderful, but me - your customer, having a lovely experience is even better and I just don't get that here. Why is it so difficult to understand that you're offering an experience and the way you talk/act...

Cambierei il nome da "C'era una volta" a "Ci siano montati la testa".

Cose negative:

A) Bere: pessimo Hugo (ingredienti di bassa qualità, miscelato male e in proporzioni errate - sono un bartender) B) Mangiare: tagliere con due fritturine fredde, dure e posse 15 euro e due pezzetti di formaggio piccoli come l'unghia di un neonato C) Pagare: quella non-roba è costata la bellezza di 15 euro.

Ho lavorato nei locali e una roba così mi sarei vergognata a portarla in tavola...figuriamoci farla pagare 15 euro.

Sinceramente metto in conto che vanno pagati anche i musicisti e rientra nei miei valori retrubuire giustamente il lavoro altrui...tuttavia bere e mangiare è stato veramente un obbrobrio. Va anche considerato che è un locale modesto, non certo un cocktail bar alla moda. Siete una gelateria e su alcune cose si potrebbe anche passare sopra...meno che sul voler incassare dando al cliente prodotti molto scarsi. Non atteggiatevi a grandi organizzatori di serate.

Servizio lento.

Cose positive: la gentilezza e la simpatia della proprietaria. Anzi, mi limito alla gentilezza, perché simpatia proprio non me l'ha ispirata quella serata. Mi sono più che altro sentita "fregata".

Non ci tornerò mai più. Peccato, perché l'atmosfera era piacevole e ci avrei portato anche diversi amici, ma farsi...
