Pazzeria — Restaurant in Milan

First off all: it's a pub and not a restaurant. Second thing: I know I'm difficult. If you read some of my reviews I'm not kind or polite.

PROS: In a few words, I'm impressed. It's not the first time I come here and it's getting better. Nice sandwiches and some good ideas but it's the beer their strong point: they don't only sell beers, but they know beers very well and they cover a wide range of tastes. Far better than the average pub and easily in the top five pubs of Milan.

CONS: Closes far too early, and I really mean it. A few pubs of much lower quality are open late at night and make a lot of money selling undrinkable stuff.

IMHO: Little gems like this place should revise seriously their politics, and invest a little bit to keep their business open at later hours. They would not only make a lot of money, but they would give a decent alternative to insomniacs like me.

Ma quello che è stato incredibile è stato il comportamento assolutamente fuori luogo di tutto il personale: eravamo un grosso gruppo (a cui addirittura alla fine hanno attribuito birre in più che certamente erano già state pagate, quindi probabilmente sono state conteggiate in modo erroneo), ma quello che è incredibile è che, nonostante fossero stati informati con anticipo dell’arrivo man mano di altre persone, hanno fatto di tutto per non darci le sedie e invitare le varie persone che arrivavano, anche da sole, a sedersi al bancone o ad andare via. Onestamente, un servizio di così bassa qualità è difficilissimo da trovare. Con tutti i posti che ci sono a Milano, questa è sicuramente un’esperienza da evitare. Al più, può essere un posto dove le persone del quartiere vanno in solitudine a bersi la birra della serata al bancone.

The place is OK but last time we were 5 people and 4 of us ordered 2 beers, 2 rums and 1 water but since one person didn't order anything, the waiter told us that as a policy everybody must ordered something. It was not polite and something rude to say considering that the whole table had ordered. With this the only thing they accomplished was to loose 5 customer instead of...
