Pizzeria Americ — Restaurant in Milan

Very good pizzeria according to its prices. Very cheap and cuick service. Nice place as a restaurant. First pizza was excellent (anchois et câpres) But the Fruita de lamera (pizza with sea food) was disgusting to be honest because the surimi, calamar and fish was still fresh(freezed) on top of the pizza which I find not very yummy I didn't eat it. Come tante pizze, quelle preparate da Pizzeria Americ ha lati positivi e negativi. La pizza presenta un impasto abbastanza sottile. Cottura più che soddisfacente (in ormai mesi che ordino da lui sono state veramente poche le volte che ho avuto da ridire per la cottura). Gli ingredienti sono buoni, anche se a volte si trovano in quantità piccole. Pizza salame piccante e zola: sebbene la richiesta di aggiungere altro salame piccante, è arrivata la solita pizza al solito prezzo. Pizza con le verdure grigliate: troppe poche verdure, completa assenza della cipolla (che il più delle volte da un ottimo sapore); sebbene la (continua) richiesta di metterci poca mozzarella (a volte richiesta esplicitata con 'pochissima' ) arriva con quantità ancora elevate.

In sintesi la pizza di Americ è sottile, cotta bene ed ha un buon sapore. Il prezzo è ottimale in confronto ad altre pizzerie (altrove sono arrivato a pagare 20€ per 2 pizze cotte male o ancora belle infarinate, da Americ ci aggiriamo intorno ai 13€ per 2 pizze). La capacità di riprodurre le richieste sulla pizza stessa è un po' scarna, punterei a migliorare questo aspetto.

Per il resto tempi di consegna brevi (circa 30' da quando si chiama) in giornate...

Delicious pizza and very cheap! Quick service - we sat down, ordered and less than 5 minutes later our pizzas arrived. Great service, we just felt bad being classic English tourists not being able to speak any Italian. Would definitely eat there again. I also apologise for accidentally thumping a waitress whilst taking off my coat... so...
