Hard to tell why there are so many good reviews.
TLDR: Worst excuse for ramen I have ever eaten. An insult to real ramen. If you have ever had ramen in Tokyo or the West Coast of the US, pass on this place. It will save you from suffering grave disappointment.
Let's start with the broth, the foundation of real ramen. Broth? No, hot water with some salt and brown coloring.
Other flavors? dried shiitake and almost raw cabbage.
Noodles? Innocuous. Easy to ignore.
Service? You are handed a tablet while the "waiter" walks away. Which might be OK if someone had paid the least bit attention to the UX.
I asked for Togarashi, the seven-flavor chili pepper available in any real ramen place, and the response was a confused look.
Positives? The beer was cold and served in nice Asahi-branded glasses.
