Panificio Danelli — Restaurant in Milan

We recently visited Milan and were lucky enough to stumble across this cafe not far from our hotel. It quickly became our go-to spot, and we visited three out of the four days we spent in Milan. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and patient, providing plenty of recommendations and serving us promptly.

The cappuccino was perfection! The croissants were so moreish, they kept us coming back. The sweet cakes were fantastic too. We tried as much as we could, including the focaccia, which was delicious! The place is traditional, authentic, and delicious. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I can't wait to come back—this was our best...

I always see lots of people here! I went to get a dolce for the first time and it was nice and other dolci looked really delicious. I would try other dolci next time! And the one I got was really good and big. 1.50 euro! And visited again today for the spritz and bread. The price is really good, 8.40 euro (the third picture). Spritz tasted little less strong but still it was good. I also tried two dolci (1.60 euro for two) and it was good but I like the chocolate biscuit I got more...

ESPERIENZA MATTUTINA DA DIMENTICARE.... Devo fare una premessa: Di solito non scrivo recensioni ma questa è d'obbligo perché alcune cose non devono ASSOLUTAMENTE PIU' SUCCEDERE.... Questa mattina finito il mio turno di notte cercavo un bar aperto per prendere dei cornetti per la mia famiglia e di sfuggita vedo questo posto con la saracinesca alzata ed entro. Trovo il panettiere che stava sfornando i cornetti e gentilmente mi ha detto che sarebbe arrivato qualcuno a momenti. Dopo un paio di minuti arriva da fuori un tizio brizzolato con l'aria scocciata che gesticolava con le mani facendomi sentire un CLIENTE CRETINO!!!! chiedendomi chi sono e che ci faccio lì.... senza neanche presentarsi, ho capito dopo che era il titolare del posto e che mi voleva dire che non era ancora aperto... Con molta tranquillità gli dico che ero solo passato a prendere un cornetto, SE POSSIBILE... e lui sempre con fare arrogante si accinge a prendere qualcosa dal suo bancone come se mi stesse facendo un favore. A quel punto capendo che la richiesta aveva forse sconvolto la sua giornata gli dico di lasciar pure perdere... e lui da MALEDUCATO mi ha mandato via a mani vuote. Chiaramente ognuno è libero di gestire i propri orari lavorativi, penso solo che il titolare di un posto che richiede il contatto con il pubblico debba avere un pò più di tatto e gentilezza. Alla fine sono riuscito a trovare i cornetti per la mia famiglia, ma sicuramente in questo posto non entrerò MAI PIU', ne io ne le persone...
