Farinascere — Restaurant in Milan

The pizzeria is managed by some young and nice guys, helpful and you can really see that they are putting a lot of passion in this new pizzeria in Milan. The pizza is really good, maybe not the best I have ever tasted but really good. The crust is light, the ingredients are high quality, so, really worth it. Some big issues with the dessert: this is, to be honest, minor, since you are going there for the pizza, but also the good news is that there is a big room for improvement just with some more organization (that will come with the time). I ordered a cake, but was not available, then I went for the Crema Catalana, but there was no gas for the lighter to create the crust with the sugar. I went then for the tiramisu, which was, by the way, delicious. I also liked the menu, not many pizzas Maybe the real downside of thi pizzeria is the location, which is not really the best one - but for me was really comfy since it was really close to my hotel.

Sono molto dispiaciuto di fare questa recensione perché sono cliente da tempo e i due proprietari sono sempre stati simpatici ed educati, oltre a fare una buona pizza.

Le loro origini sarde hanno nel tempo rinsaldato la simpatia nei loro confronti.

Tuttavia non riesco a transigere sulla maleducazione, anche se si tratta dei dipendenti. E, mi spiace, ma selezionare del personale educato è fondamentale se si vuole delegare completamente la gestione dei weekend.

I fatti

Il ragazzo con i capelli lunghi per due sere diverse, a specifica richiesta, mi comunica che c’è una attesa di 10 minuti (la richiesta era unicamente finalizzata ad ingannare l’attesa con una birra).

Per due volte consecutive l’attesa è stata di oltre mezz’ora. E se una volta può capitare, già due volte consecutive è meno accettabile.

La prima volta la situazione è stata mitigata dall’arrivo di uno dei due proprietari che, oltre ad aver accelerato la preparazione delle pizze, si è scusato per l’accaduto.

Ed è il motivo per cui sono tranquillamente tornato.

Stasera c’è stata non solo l’attesa di mezz’ora (decisamente superiore ai 10 minuti dichiarati) ma alle mie rimostranze mi è stato risposto in maniera poco educata, di sbattendomi la porta dietro mentre uscivo.

Essere trasparenti dicendo che c’era da aspettare mezz’ora (cosa normalissima eventualmente di venerdì sera) e scusarsi per la poca accuratezza avrebbe nuovamente sanato la cosa.

Ripeto, mi spiace molto ma l’offerta di pizzerie è troppo ampia a Milano per essere trattato in maniera poco educata.

Ps. Devo dire che il suddetto ragazzone non mi sembrava preoccupato quando gli ho detto che non sarei...

We had vegetarian Ortolana pizza as soon as we entered Milan, and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. The bread was so soft and chewable, the dried tomatoes and aubergine were the icing on the cake. My eyes rolled up in satisfaction the moment I tasted the pizza, it was heavenly.

The staff guy was so so sweet, really explained everything nicely and suggested the best pizzas that they offer.

This restaurant is located close to the Milan Central Train station.

Would have definitely gone back for more if I was a Milan...
