Ristorante Bar della Torre — Restaurant in Milan

Sometimes it’s not the quality of food or the decor that makes a restaurant memorable but rather the warmth and sincerity of the service😌

Such was the case for this restaurant, which I would revisit if I had the opportunity to.

Firstly, it was extremely value for money. For the price of 10 euros, we got a plate of pasta, a main protein, a side dish and dessert. Not only was the price good, so was the quality and the portions of the food here. To me, it tasted very homely and comforting. Lastly, the service here was 10/10, as the server was very friendly and sincere. (He even gave us complimentary dessert)

Despite this, the restaurant was empty when we went in and was still empty when we left🙁. I really hope that this place can get more support, I feel that they...

We were a bit surprised at how inexpensive the menu was...however, price does not always equate to quality or quantity.....we had pasta entries, wine and bruchetta and it came to 13.5 euros for the two of us...to top it off, the flavors were amazing...I could not have asked for a better meal and after a month of travelling through Europe this meal topped our list and surprisingly it was a fraction of the cost of every where else we have eaten... The waiter/owner was humble, spoke a bit of English and was really gracious. Do yourself a favor and eat here...we did not attempt the full 10 euro option as it looked like too much food...stuck with two pastas and shared a...

I dont know what went wrong, even though the people were nice and really professional and polite, I wouldn’t suggest the place if you are looking for something nice and delicious. Food was plain , not bad quality, mind you the quantity was good as well, but ut wasn’t the best tasting food at the best looking restaurant which can be a bit off putting. However price was really cheap so didn’t feel bad...
