Ristorante Pizzeria Al Desiderio — Restaurant in Milan

My family and I went there to celebrate but unfortunately it turned out as a really bad experience.

First of all the waiter that assisted us very rude and impatient, I understand that we were more than 10 people to serve but while taking the order he started to be impatient and point his finger but raising his voice to say that only one of us should speak which was really unprofessional.

After receiving the food which we never complained, he was serving us by literally banging the plates on the table.

Lastly, we weren't done by eating and without asking he started to take our plates away.

We all felt so frustrated and uncomfortable by their service and the manager just got mad on us just because we were complaining about the plates taken away, by saying we should have just left.

Turned up, not much off a welcome, side dishes came out 5 minutes before mains leaving them go cold as wanted to eat together. Ordered water never came When food came, the pizza had a layer of what we and oil on it. As you can see not properly cooked, soggy bace and topping just slid off each slice! Never got asked how food was, had very little interaction with waiters. looked to be a fairly quiet night so not like waiters were busy!Once plates were cleared we were just left never asked how it was. Sono rimasto profondamente deluso dalla mia recente esperienza presso il ristorante pizzeria del desiderio. Non posso fare a meno di esprimere la mia recensione negativa riguardo al servizio e alla qualità del cibo che abbiamo ricevuto.

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo aspettato per un'intera ora prima che il cibo per la nostra bambina arrivasse. La situazione è peggiorata quando, alla fine, abbiamo dovuto rifiutare il cibo perché non era ancora stato preparato. La mancanza di coordinazione tra i camerieri e la cucina è stata evidente durante tutta la nostra visita.

Inoltre, abbiamo ricevuto una birra e un piatto che non avevamo nemmeno ordinato. Questo è un ulteriore esempio della mancanza di comunicazione e coordinazione tra il personale e la cucina. Ancora più sconcertante è stato il fatto che, nonostante avessimo richiesto due lattine di Coca-Cola, abbiamo dovuto chiederle una seconda volta dopo che erano trascorsi ben 30 minuti dalla consegna delle bevande iniziali.

Passando al cibo stesso, la qualità lasciava molto a desiderare. Sulla pasta in bianco c'era una quantità eccessiva di burro, rendendola troppo pesante. Inoltre, avevamo chiesto una mezza porzione per un bambino, ma sembrava una porzione da adulto. Non solo, ma la carbonara era estremamente deludente. La pasta era troppo cotta e il piatto sembrava più una pasta alla panna e prosciutto che una vera carbonara.

Nel complesso, l'esperienza presso questo ristorante è stata al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. La mancanza di coordinazione tra camerieri e cucina ha causato lunghe attese, errori negli ordini e un servizio generale deludente.
