I am shocked that this place has such good reviews! Unfortunately, we tried a fried platter that was served partially cold, and when advised about this, the staff took the plate back to the kitchen, returned with half fresh fried food, and the other half cold and limp. We asked if we could be excused and to pay for what we had eaten and drank, not confident in the meal we were about to have, but they refused, stating our order was already in. Understandable, but unfortunate. We decided to give the other part of our order a try. The meatballs in ragu sauce had no flavor, the sauce nothing more than unseasoned tomato sauce and the beef just crumbled, no binding, no flavor, and the pasta dish we ordered (pork cheeks and prawns) was served with spoiled prawns (evident by their strong amonia taste).
