My caffè Lm2 Montalcino — Restaurant in Montalcino

Most everyone in Italy are kind, friendly people. Except for the owner of this restaurant. We just pulled into a parking spot outside his restaurant, and he ran out and started yelling at us to not park here. I had no idea why he was acting so crazy! He yelled “Park on the other side!” So, I calmly got back in the rent car and moved to the complete other side of the parking lot. Here comes Mr. Psycho screaming and waving his arms to move again. At this point we decided we would not stop here if it was the last place in Italy. It’s not, and 99% of the Italians who work in hospitality are very kind, patient people (we have visited several times) so there is no reason to support...

Pessimo è dire poco, abbiamo mangiato qui di sabato a pranzo. Locale vuoto...e già dovevamo avere una risposta da questo fatto, ma fiduciosi ci siamo seduti e aspettato i menù. Arrivano i menù ci lasciano 5 minuti per scegliere e poi arriva il proprietario che ci consiglia 2 fiamminghe di pici una bianca e una rossa (eravamo in 8). Io avrei voluto prendere altro, ma pare gli scocciasse cucinare altro per cui menù fisso per tutti. Invece delle fiamminghe portano 8 piatti di cui 4 bianchi e 4 rossi da dividerci da noi, in tempo di COVID certamente non è il massimo della salute. I piatti erano delle porzioni che neanche ad un bambino avrei dato. Sulla qualità dei pici non mi dilungo in quanto facevano pietà. Da aggiungere che avevamo preso due vini della casa, non ce li ha portati, ma ci ha portato due bottiglie di vino da 15 € l'una...alla faccia del vino della casa. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO,...
