Enoteca Svanen — Restaurant in Montalcino

We stumbled upon Enoteca Svanen and ended up having one of our absolute favorite meals in Tuscany. It’s the kind of place that feels like you’re being welcomed into someone’s home — warm, personal, and unpretentious in the best way. The view is stunning (especially at sunset), the food was simple but perfectly executed, and the service felt like family.

We shared everything family-style — from the melt-in-your-mouth bistecca (unreal) to the crispy potatoes and delicious house wine. The whole evening had this cozy, unhurried vibe, with little surprises along the way (homemade digestifs, anyone?). You can tell they care deeply about what they serve and how you feel while you’re there.
