Looking for a place for an early dinner, we found this restaurant that had not quite opened for the evening. The owner kindly offered us a table although we did not have a reservation. We ordered two glasses of Morellino di Scansano ( our favorite red) which came with complimentary bruschetta. Then we had the pappardelle con sugo di Chianina ( a Tuscan beef breed). Siamo stati in questo ristorantino ieri sera in tre, e ci ha accolto un ambiente semplice ma davvero caldo e familiare. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione con cui Bruno porta avanti questa nuova avventura, nata come panineria e ora in evoluzione verso la ristorazione gourmet.
