La Bottega Paneevino — Restaurant in Murera/Muravera

I am writing this review in English mainly to let visiting foreign tourists know what I think about the place.

In general, the price of the variety offered is overpriced, especially wines single glasses and bottles, but also to craft beers - just compare the prices of wine shops or compare it to other restaurants. Secondly, the waitress was completely unprepared when it comes to wines and beers: she didn’t know the difference between an ipa, pils or Blanche and showed insufficient knowledge of the proposed variety of food as well: when we received the cheese mix she didn't explain anything about the cheeses and the jams (she didn't leave any napkins or cutlery). Usually, those who offer quality products care about making it known by explaining in detail the characteristics of a product if and when requested. I am very sorry that a potentially nice place turned out to be so poor. I add one star only for the spritz: good...

Sadly we only discovered this venue on the last night of our stay, Bringing the old adage 'Save the best to Last' fully to life. The girl and then gentlemen who served us were charming and knowledgeable. The environment is bistro like with lots of delicious product on display, Wines, pastries, breads, charcuterie, all beckon, Stimulating the appetite and creating a wonderful atmosphere to dine in. We both had the lobster ravioli appetizer which was light as air, I then had the most sensational Suckling Pig I've ever had, followed by a wonderful homemade apple cake, All items are reasonably priced and the atmosphere they have created really makes you feel like you are on holiday,...

Se cercate un’esperienza culinaria che vada oltre il semplice ristorante, non potete perdervi il locale di Roberto e Francesca a Costa Rei. Dai primi passi all’interno, si percepisce immediatamente l’atmosfera accogliente e calorosa che solo una vera famiglia può offrire. Roberto, il cuoco, è un artista del pesce, e ogni piatto è una celebrazione della freschezza e della qualità che la Sardegna ha da offrire. Ogni assaggio è un viaggio nel gusto, con portate che sono semplicemente ineguagliabili.

Francesca in sala è una forza della natura: professionale, simpatica e sempre solare, riesce a mettere tutti a proprio agio, trasmettendo una gentilezza devastante. La sua capacità di gestire anche i clienti più esigenti è straordinaria; è evidente che per loro ogni cliente è speciale.

I proprietari non solo gestiscono un ristorante, ma creano un ambiente inclusivo che si distingue per la sua esclusività. La loro dedizione è palpabile e si riflette in ogni aspetto del servizio, dalla qualità del cibo all’attenzione per i dettagli. Chiunque si lamenti di attese o di piccole imperfezioni non capisce il valore di ciò che stanno vivendo: qui si celebra la qualità e la passione.

Roberto e Francesca sono molto più di un ristorante: sono un punto di riferimento, una famiglia che mette anima e corpo in ciò che fanno. Chi non riesce ad apprezzare questo spirito non merita di godere la bellezza di Costa Rei....
