Disgusting!!! A full drink was spilled on my partner. His shirt and shoes were totally ruined. No apology was given, and the boss even had the courage to tell me he was not entitled to offer any discount. He should have come over to the table, apologised, and offered some sort of discount or dessert… SOMETHING. When I went to the till at the end and asked for the bill, I was expecting at least a small discount considering what happened. Instead, not a single item was removed. I was speechless. When I said it was not okay, the boss started arguing back and making a big fuss — all this after my partner had spent 15 minutes in the bathroom trying to dry his shirt and save his shoes. Then the boy who spilled the drink — maybe 18 years old — offered to pay for the drinks himself. What a joke!!! They ruined the evening, and the management and customer service were absolutely awful. DISGUSTING! As for the food: the pizzas were overpriced and very average, and the fries were frozen and cheap. I am Italian, from Sardinia, and I am ashamed to come across individuals like this who rip off tourists with such an attitude. This was a total mistake — we just wanted to eat quickly and ended up here by chance. Normally I stay away from touristy places of course. !!!! Please do not go and give your money to this type of people. !!!! The boss was so rude he didn’t even apologise — instead, he mocked me, told me to shush because he didn’t like being told off by a woman, and had the nerve to let his staff member pay for 5 drinks....
Read moreThe worst food experience we had so far in Italy!
Our starter (a mix of cheese, ham and salami) was quite good.
However, as a main, we had the "Parmigiana" and "Tagliatelle with wild boar", which was disappointing. The parmigiana was just a massive amount of cheese, oil and a few vegetables. Simply not good and has nothing to do with the "real" Parmigiana.
The "Tagliatelle with wild boar" was inedible. It smelled like the meat was not fresh and it was impossible to eat.
We told the waitress about the meat, but it was not considered as a problem.
I would not recommend this...
