Rey Burger 2.0 — Restaurant in Murera/Muravera

ATTENTION WE GOT FOOD POISENING here. Me and my friends visited this place two times at one day. Lunch was alright so we went for dinner again because not many places were opened. This was a big mistake. I was eating a pizza salomone, one friend the pasta carbonara and the other one the Pizza buffolina. Later that night we all got really sick and were puking and doing business number 2 the whole night. It was one of the worst nights of my life. Only the last one got lucky because he only had the pasta with tomato sauce. Since we also went to lunch there and the symptons kicked in about 4 hours after dinner its pretty safe to say we got it there. Something must have happened in their Kirchen. Una stella è pure troppo per un locale che vuole apparire moderno e funzionale, ma che per due pizze da asporto impiega più di 50 minuti per una consegna mai avvenuta. Ordinato alle 20:17, dopo che un ragazzo dello staff mi aveva garantito una consegna entro 10/15 minuti, a fronte dei 30/35 previsti per due panini. Dopo circa 30 minuti di attesa, mi sono rivolto allo stesso ragazzo, che dopo aver cercato inutilmente l’ordine si è avvicinato alla cucina per parlare con il pizzaiolo, che mi è parso sorpreso della richiesta ricevuta (ho potuto notare il comportamento del cameriere e del pizzaiolo perché la cucina è a vista e i clienti possono vedere quanto accade al suo interno). Come risposta mi è stato detto che le pizze erano in forno. Dopo ulteriori 25 minuti sono tornato alla cassa chiedendo la consegna immediata delle due pizze o la restituzione di quanto pagato. Sfortunatamente, in questa seconda occasione, ho avuto a che fare con il titolare del locale, che a seguito delle mie proteste e’ andato in escandescenza, specie dopo che il ragazzo con cui ho avuto a che fare inizialmente ha negato che mi aveva fornito tempi di attesa brevi per due pizze. Nonostante l’intervento del pizzaiolo, che probabilmente ha compreso il disservizio fornito dai suoi colleghi e che mi comunicava che le pizze erano finalmente in forno, il titolare, con diversi insulti, mi diceva invece che non mi avrebbe consegnato le pizze e mi ha lanciato i soldi sul banco della cassa. Questo è il servizio di asporto offerto da Rey Burger ai clienti. Faccio notare che, al momento dell’ordine, ero il primo cliente in ordine di arrivo per l’asporto. Cercate di essere moderni e funzionali anche nel servizio di asporto o rinunciate del tutto, specie dopo che chiedete il pagamento anticipato…non esistono clienti di serie A seduti ai tavoli e clienti di serie B che fanno la muffa in attesa di una consegna mai arrivata…siete veramente poco...

My husband had a pizza, which he really enjoyed- seemed the real deal- it had fresh tomatoes and rocket, just as Italians would eat and I had a chicken salad, which you have to dress yourself - you can buy it from a supermarket this way. My expectation is to have an amazing salad, dressed to perfection, not to get a "do it yourself salad kit" . Plus it came with a strand of hair in it.
